Effect of soil cover device for sowing of integrated machinery of cultivation and fertilization on the emergence and yield of Sesamum indicum

Abstract: In order to explore the high-efficiency and high-yield mechanized sowing mode of Sesamum indicum in hilly and sloping land, the effect of two kinds of sowing and mulching devices on the emergence and yield of sesame was studied. The results showed that it was better to plant sesame seeds with no ditcher to cover the soil before rain with more rain season to obtain a higher seedling rate; However, to plant sesame seeds after rain in the dry season with furrow opener.
