Abstract: Through the regional trials in Hubei Province,six new lines of self-fertilizer tobacco have identified in Hubei Provinc on the field agronomic traits,field natural incidence, major economic traits, intrinsic chemical composition and sensory evaluation quality, and the new lines of HB094, HB104, and HB202 have filtered out, that the plant height is moderate, the middle tobacco leaf is slightly longer and slightly wider, the pitch is suitable, the natural disease is less in the field, the comprehensive resistance is better than the control Yunyan 87,and that the main economic characters and adaptability are better than that of the control Yunyan 87, the internal chemical chemical composition is relatively coordinated, and the sensory evaluation quality is also at a moderately high level, which are outstanding at comprehensive traits and have wide adaptability,and which are suitable for planting at different ecological conditions in Hubei Province,and can be used as a production demonstration for the excellent new product line of flue-cured tobacco in Hubei Province.
