Study on Mathematical Model of Comprehension Cultural Measure for High-Yield of Artemisia Annua Seed in Yellow Soil

Abstract: Experiment was done in yellow soil of Chongqing city. Quadratic regression universal rotary combination design experiment of four factors and five levels was used to study the effects of different density N,P,K fertilizer on seed yield of current representative Artemisia annua varieties Yuqing No.1. Optimum formula was found by simulated equation and optimality selection. The results showed that,planting density biomass and dose of N,P,K all had a significant regression relationship with seed yield. The effect was density,N,P,K in descending order. The best design was that density at 20 000 plant/hm2,N fertilizer of 250 kg/hm2, P fertilizer of 750 kg/hm2, K fertilizer of 75 kg/hm2, it could attain a maximum seed yield of 743 kg/hm2.
