Studies on Planting Methods of Direct Sowing Cotton in the Cotton-Growing Area of Northern Jiangxi

Abstract

Abstract: Taking Ganmianza 109 as the material,3 cultivation modes of 1 plant,2 plants and 3 plants per hole and 7 different densities were set up to study the effects of different cultivation modes and planting densities on the agronomic characters and yield of cotton. The results showed that,the condition of the planting density of 35 700 plants/hm² with 2 plants in 1 hole,row spacing of 0.4 m and line of 1.4 m,was more suitable for plate ground broadcast technology,and on this condition,the yield was the highest.
