Abstract: In 2018, the supply of domestically imported raw materials for rapeseed was abundant, and the market supply and demand remained stable. Global rapeseed production showed a downward trend in 2019, and domestic import supply is expected to be sufficient. The planting efficiency of rapeseed in Hubei province has gradually improved, and the quality of rapeseed has remained stable and superior. Stabilizing production capacity, grasping innovation, breeding brands and demonstrating the promotion of green and efficient “345” model is the key work of Hubei high-quality rapeseed protection area construction.
