Abstract: Based on the experience of the citizenization of the agricultural population in Britain and the actual situation of "Greater Xi'an", this paper studied and put forward the local path of "citizenization"： taking "the northern foot of Qinling Mountains" as a model, vigorously developing modern agriculture, improving the social security system, safeguarding the rights and interests of farmers'citizenization, adapting to the urban orientation of "hard science and technology", and strengthening the vocational training of farmers.In order to accelerateD the development of the citizenization of the agricultural population in Xi'an through the experience of the transfer of the agricultural population in Britain.
