Abstract: Based on the monitoring results of geographical conditions, comparing the three types of land use classification, land use planning and urban planning, the conflict detection rules for land cover and control lines, land cover and land use, land cover and urban planning are established. Data space superposition and classification statistics are obtained by using geographic information technology, and various conflict detection results are obtained. When analyzing the causes of conflicts, it is found that it is necessary to attach great importance to the connection between different plans in spatial planning, fully consider the contradiction between different development demands and actual protection control, to provide a technical means and a path for the integration of the planning system, the integration of guiding ideology and the integration of management systems, and finally complete a "blueprint."

Key words: conflicting detection, land cover, land use, land planning, urban planning
