    The application of vermicompost, a new bio-organic fertilizer containing a large amount of nutrient elements and organic matter, has become a trend in the development of green agriculture in the context of the national advocacy of reducing chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Vermicompost could not only improve the quality of soil, increase soil organic matter content, increase crop yield, improve the quality of agricultural products, but also alleviate continuous crop cropping barriers and control the occurrence of soil-borne diseases. The research advances of vermicompost in the field of agriculture were summarized.

    The important significance of transplanting agronomy for the development of rape industry in China was expounded.The transplanting machine is a kind of agricultural machinery equipment which can greatly improve the yield of rapeseed per unit area. The transplanting of rape pot seedling can increase the output of rape in the paddies in south China, as well as the key method can solve the seasonal contradiction. A new method of classification for transplanting was proposed, which was divided transplanting into circulating transplanting, reciprocating transplanting, transverse furrow transplanting and combined transplanting. The working principle, structure composition and characteristics of the four types of transplanting methods were summarized through comparative analysis of the four types of transplanting effect, working environment and speed of transplanting. The transversely furrow transplanting mechanism has the strongest adaptability in the soil environment, and the feasible scheme of high-speed and no-tillage transplanting of pot seedling of rapes was discussed.

    In order to investigate the application effect of a new defoliation ripening agent Xinsaili, on medium early-maturing cotton (Gossypium spp) varieties in the cotton-planting area of Poyang Lake, the field experiment wascarried out with Ganmianza No.1 as test material. The results showed that the defoliation and ripening treatment had very good defoliation effect. After 15 days of spraying, the defoliation rate could reach above 95.0%, and when sprayed for 25 days, it could reach 100%. The ripening effect was thiophenone 750 g+ethephon 2 700 mL/hm2 was the best treatment, followed by 2 700 mL/hm2 Xinsaili treatment. The defoliation ripening treatment could significantly increase the yield of prawn cotton, including thiophenone 750 g+ethephon 2 700 mL/hm2 treatment was the highest, followed by 2 700 mL/hm2 Xinsaili treatment. Each defoliation ripening treatment had no significant effect on single boll weight, single boll housing weight, clothing score and fiber quality. There was no effect on the germination of cotton boll seed with a bell period of more than 50 d during spraying. In summary, under the same climate and geographical conditions in Poyang Lake planting cotton area, the same application techniques as those of early-maturing varieties are applied to the mid-early maturity varieties, and the defoliation ripening effect is ideal, indicating that the appropriate dose of Xinsaili(1 800~2 700 mL/hm2) can be used for defoliation and ripening of medium early-maturing varieties.

    Using E-nuo No.9 as the experimental material, the effects on middle-season rice yield of five factors, namely seeding stage, seedling age, seedling density, number of seedlings per hole and nitrogen application level were investigated, and the effects on regeneration rice yield of two factors, namely harvest time of first season rice and stubble height were investigated. Results showed that the highest middle-season rice yield of E-nuo No.9 could be achieved by seeding from May 21 to June 5, transplanting seedlings less than 30 days with the spaces of the range from 13.3 cm×23.3 cm to 13.3 cm×26.7 cm and 5 to 8 seedlings per hole, and applying 225.0~262.5 kg/hm2 pure nitrogen. The highest yield of first season rice and regeneration rice could be achieved by harvesting the first season rice from August 10 to 14 and retaining stubble height of 45~50 cm.

    Based on the meteorological data of 91 national meteorological observation stations in Guangxi from 1961 to 2016, calculating the frequency of low temperature cold frost damage of light, medium, heavy and serious in Guangxi province. The spatial distribution characteristics of low-temperature cold frost damage of sugar cane were analyzed through Surfer software. The results showed the higher latitude, the lighter damage of light, medium, heavy, and severe frequency, and the lower latitude, the lower frequency occurrence. According to the spatial distribution of sugar cane cold and freezing injury, Guangxi province was divided into not damage zone, mild damage zone, moderate damage zone, heavy damage zone and severe damage zone.

    The theory of ecosystem service function was analyzed, and the ecological function of water resources into three categories according to the natural geography and human condition, the total water resources and the distribution of water resources in Changzhou city were divided: direct use function, regulating function and cultural function(tourism function). The accounting method of three kinds of market value method, shadow engineering method and travel cost method were adopted to calculate the value of water resources ecological services in Changzhou city in 2015, which was about 28.079 billion yuan, accounting for 5.32% of the annual regional GDP of Changzhou city.

    Aiming at the particularity and universality of turbidity change of huangshui river in qinghai province, the problem of high turbidity rapid water purification technology in high altitude and cold region was solved through engineering technical measures and innovative technology. The design of purifying water system of Huangshui River with high turbidity and the treatment technology of industrial water quality were solved. The application of integrated water treatment equipment in small and medium scale water plant was tested. The new water purification process was simple in operation, with no power consumption, no machinery, and the effluent quality was good. At the same time, by adopting engineering measures of sinking sand pool or appropriately increasing the capacity of cleaning water tank, it was not only undertook the task of regulating and storing sand peak, but also strengthened the security of water supply. An innovative water supply model was explored to meet the development needs of enterprises.

    Based on the growth period and meteorological observation data of spring rape from Guinan meteorological bureau during 1991—2017, the different accumulated temperature changes of different growing periods of rapeseed in the alpine frigid plateau region were studied by adopting the trend analysis method, Mann-Kendall catastrophe analysis method and coefficient of variation method. The results showed that during the growth period of rape in Guinan county in the alpine region from 1991 to 2017, the accumulated temperature from stable through 0 ℃ time to sowing time, and accumulated temperature from sowing period to mature period showed a significant increase trend, while the accumulated temperature from emerging time to five euphylla period showed a very significant increase trend. During the growth period of rape in Guinan county in the alpine region, the accumulated temperature from sowing time to emerging time and from peduncle growth stage to flowing time and from five euphylla time to squaring period all showed no significant decrease trend with the interannual extension, while the accumulated temperature from squaring period to peduncle growth stage and from flowering period to mature period increased no significantly with the interannual extension. The annual variation of the accumulated temperature from sowing to mature period and from flowering to mature period was the smallest, while the accumulated temperature from stable through 0 ℃ to sowing period, from squaring period to peduncle growth period, from five euphylla to squaring period, from peduncle growth to flowering period, from emerging to five euphylla period and from sowing to emerging period had a large annual variation, and the coefficient of variation was between 0.27 and 0.62. Mann-Kendall catastrophe analysis showed that the accumulated temperature from emerging to five euphylla period, from flowering to mature stage and from sowing to mature stage showed a abrupt increasing trend in 2003, 2001 and 2004, respectively.

    Field experiment was carried out to study the effects of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) amount on yield, quality and nutrient use efficiency of broccoli. The results showed that with the increase of N application (240~480 kg/hm2), the yield, biomass and dry matter of broccoli increased first and then decreased, and the highest N application rate was 330~405 kg/hm2. When the amount of N, P and K exceeded 330, 135 and 255 kg/hm2,respectively, the effect of yield improvement was limited. N application with 330~405 kg/hm2 could obtain higher N, P and K accumulation. When P and K application exceeded 135 and 255 kg/hm2,respectively, the N accumulation of plant reduced, but the effect on P and K accumulation was not significant. Nitrogen use efficiency and agronomic use efficiency reached 43.10%~47.66% and 16.25~16.72 kg/kg respectively with 240~405 kg/hm2 of N application. Nitrogen application increased nitrate accumulation in broccoli, but decreased vitamin C content, while sugar-acid ratio and ash content decreased first and then increased. In a word, broccoli can obtain better yield and quality and nitrogen use efficiency when the amount of P and K was 135 and 255 kg/hm2,respectively, and with the 330~405 kg/hm2 of N application.

    In order to study the purification and restoration effects of water hyacinth(Eichhornia crassipes) on different eutrophication levels of water, water culture tests were conducted under five different concentration gradients from Grade III to worse than Grade V according to the China Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards to investigate the purification effect of Eichhornia crassipes on CODcr, TN and TP in wastewater with different initial concentration. When the initial concentration of wastewater were CODcr 25.720~136.040 mg/L, TN 1.263~32.011 mg/L and TP 0.942~4.111 mg/L, respectively, the purification effects of Eichhornia crassipes on CODcr, TN and TP were well, the removal rate tends increased with increasing of initial concentration, the maximum removal rates could reach 80%, 97% and 98%, respectively. The results showed that the Eichhornia crassipes had satisfactory repair effect to different eutrophic water, especially suitable for purifying and repairing water worse than Grade V.

    Taking cassava(Manihot esculenta Crantz) varieties South China 205 natural hybrid seeds as the experimental material, through pot experiment, research applying compound content (0~30 g/pots,rates of 0~4.246 t/hm2) seems to cassava seedling growth and the influence of the fertilizer use efficiency. The results showed that the application of compound fertilizer could accelerate the excavation of cassava seedlings, promote the growth of seedlings, and increase the content and accumulation of N,P and K of seedlings. Change with dosage, root growth of cassava seedlings increased significantly. Seedling ground diameter, stem height, dry matter accumulation, seedling quality index and plant N,P,K accumulation and nutrient use efficiency were increased after the first decreases, and fertilizer N,P,K nutrient utilization rate had dropped significantly. Among them, the comprehensive effect of compound fertilizer(N∶P2O5∶K2O=28∶6∶6) was the best when applied at 10 g/pot (1.415 t/hm2 after conversion).

    Pathogen of watermenlon wilt disease was isolated and cultured on PDA and PD, which was indentified was Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht by analysis of morphological characteristics and rDNA-ITS sequence and pathogenic determination. The co-toxicity coefficient of 85% oligosaccharins and 97% prochloraz mixed against Fusarium oxysporum were tested in lab by mycelium growth rate method, respectively. The results showed that synergistic inhibition best when 85% oligosaccharins and 97% prochloraz combinations mixed by 3∶1, co-toxicity coefficient was 167.88, obviously inhibitory against the pathogen.

    The genus Paratendipes Kieffer from Zhejiang province including 5 species Paratendipes albimanus (Meigen, 1818); Paratendipes angustus(Lin, Qi & Wang, 2011); Paratendipes nigrofasciatus (Kieffer, 1916); Paratendipes nudisquama (Edwards, 1929); Paratendipes subaequalis(Malloch, 1915) was reviewed. The adult male of Paratendipes nudisquama was re-described and figured based on Chinese material and it is the first record for Zhejiang province. A key to the males of Paratendipes in Zhejiang province was given.

    The resistance to stripe rust of 170 winter wheat varieties(lines) from 1949 to 2016 in Sichuan province was identified for two consecutive years. Using DB51/T 713-2007 "Technical regulations for resistance to stripe rust in fields" identification method. 43 varieties(lines) with disease resistance were identified, accounting for 25.29% of the total number of varieties(lines) identified. In the two years identification, 49 materials showed a disease resistance in one year and a susceptible disease in the other year, accounting for 28.82% of the total number of varieties(lines) identified. The remaining 78 varieties (lines) were identified as susceptible for two consecutive years, accounting for 45.88% of the total number of identified varieties(lines). In addition, it was found that local varieties such as Chengdu Guangtou and Kaixian Luohanmai still maintain resistance to the current physiological races of stripe rust bacteria.

    The crude lipopeptide extract was extracted from the fermentation broth of strain B10-6-1 by acid precipitation. The minimum inhibitory concentration and the antimicrobial spectrum were determined by the inhibition circle method. The effects of temperature, pH, protease, metal ions, EDTA and other factors on the bacteriostatic activity were investigated. The effects of crude lipopeptide extracts on Aspergillus flavus spore germination and hyphae were investigated by spore germination and microscopic observation. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of crude lipopeptide extract was 4 g/L, with the highest inhibitory activity at 40 ℃ and pH of 8, while temperature, pH, protease, metal ion and EDTA had no obvious effect on the antibacterial activity of crude lipopeptide extract. The antifungal spectrum of the crude extract was extensive and had obvious inhibitory effect on 9 strains of fungi such as Alternaria brassicae and Rhizoctonia cerealis etc. The mycelium treated with lipopeptide extract could dissolve the site of mycelium cell wall and decrease the germination rate of spores, which could inhibit the germination of Aspergillus flavus spores and the growth of hyphae.

    To explore the antibacterial activity of wood vinegar, the wood vinegar of serayah was used as raw materials to measure the basic physical and chemical properties. The crude wood vinegar was refined by static adsorption combined with activated carbon adsorption. The difference between the crude wood vinegar and the purified wood vinegar was compared by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS) and the purified wood vinegar were disposed of dilution, neutralization, distillation and extraction, respectively. It was determined on effective antibacterial time and the best observation time of the wood vinegar through experiments. The purified and disposed wood vinegar was used for bacteriostatic experiments. The bacteriostatic effects of wood vinegar were studied on mildew in different treatment conditions which were purification, pH regulating, dilution, decompression distillation and extraction, respectively. The results showed that the main components were acids, phenols, ketones and alcohols in wood vinegar and the effective antibacterial time was 48 h for mildew. The minimum bacteriostatic concentration was Vrefined wood vinegarVsterilized water=1∶20, and the optimum pH was 4. The appropriate temperature of decompression distillation was 60 ℃ and the best extraction solvent was ethyl acetate.

    The herbaceous plant community is the main factor in Wulu Zen garden in Huizhou city of Guangdong province. Four herbaceous plant communities were selected to study the composition and diversity of plant communities. The results showed that there were 32 species belonging to 32 genera and 24 families in Wulu. Compositae and araceae were the most abundant. The Shannon-Wiener index ranged from 0.28 to 0.66. The highest richest communities are Pteris ensiformis Burm. communities. The lowest community was Musa basjoo Siebold+Zoysia tenuifolia Willd. ex Trin. community. There was no significant difference in Pielou evenness index. Plant community diversity level in Wulu was low.

    In order to study the effects of microbial fertilizer on the yield and quality of lettuce(Lactuca sativa L. var. ramosa Hort.), lettuce was selected as the research material. The results showed that the treatments of applied microbial fertilizer could promote growth, increase yield and improve quality of lettuce. The plant height, fresh weight of upper ground, dry weight of upper ground, root activity, fresh weight of underground, dry weight of underground, and yield in the treatment of M2Y2[the basal application of microbial fertilizer 1 200 kg/hm2(M2)+foliar application of microbial agent 1∶200(Y2)] were significantly 18.27%, 61.04%, 88.20%, 101.43%, 59.34%, 125.00% and 64.74% more than CK, respectively, its soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C were increased 63.59%, 42.35% and 117.32% compared with CK, respectively. The content of nitrite in the treatment of M2Y2 was reduced 66.07% that compared with CK. The most significant effect was the treatment of M2Y2. The treatment of M1Y2 was second, that was the basal application of microbial fertilizer 600 kg/hm2(M1)+ foliar application of microbial agent 1∶200(Y2).

    Two orders of magnitude corms of bulbil-yellow konjac(Amorphophallus konjac K.Koch) were used as test materials. The method of artificial induction blooming and seeding of bulbil-yellow konjac were studied through technical means that spraying mixed solution of gradient auxin and gibberellin at different coentrations, light treatment, drying in natural shade, embedding medium after and before flower bud differentiation. The results showed that the 2.0 kilogram and above corm of abloom rate is higher than 1.0~1.5 kilogram corm, the highest abloom rate reach 93.33%. The 2.0 kilogram and above corm of seed setting rate reach 81.11%, that is the highest with condition of light treatment, hormone ratio is 1∶1 200, and embedding medium after flower bud differentiation. The 2.0 kilogram and above corm of seed amount is the most, there are 4 442 seeds, and the breeding multiple is nearly 300 times, that is in condition of drying in natural shade, hormone ratio is 1∶800, and embedding medium after flower bud differentiation. In conclusion, the method of the 2.0 kilogram and above corm, hormone ratio is 1∶400~1∶1 200, and embedding medium after flower bud differentiation, is worth popularizing and applying in production practice.

    The effects of different treatments on the survival of twigs and hard branches cuttings of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. were analyzed. The results showed that the concentration of plant growth regulators, the position of cuttings and the types of plant growth regulators were the main factors affecting hard branches cutting. The effect of plant growth regulator concentration on the survival rate of twigs cuttings was very significant. The cutting direction, cuttings location and plant growth regulator types had significant effects on the survival rate of twigs cuttings, while the other factors had no significant effects. Under completely closed condition, 200 mg/kg NAA was used to treat the twigs of Idesia polycarpa Maxim., and the survival rate of cuttings was the highest.

    Ampelopsis grossedentata was used as the experimental material to study the effects of in-line insertion, cutting density, organic fertilizer, film mulching and scaffolding on the tender stem and leaf yield and leaf yield of Ampelopsis grossedentata.     Analysis the effects of temperature on apple flowering time by using apple phenology and meteorological data of Luochuan county and Ansai district of Yan’an city for many years to improve the level of weather forecast of apple flowering period. The results show that the apple initial flowering day in Yan’an is in mid-to-late April, and the difference between North and South is about 10 days. The initial flowering day of apple can vary by 15 days between years in the same area. The date and the accumulated temperature to steadily passed 3 ℃,10 ℃ are similar in Luochuan county and Ansai district, which are suitable for analyzing apple flowering period. Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature decrease by more than 8 ℃, and the weather with minimum temperature ≤4 ℃ is determined to be a severe cooling process. A cooling weather could delay the flowering period by 3~6 d. The weather process is identified as flower forcing high temperature process, when the temperatures averaging above 15 ℃ for more than 10 days, higher than the average annual temperature of 4 ℃ or above. High temperatures can prompt apples to bloom 5 days earlier. In order to predict the flowering period of apple by accumulated temperature, we should pay attention to the accumulation process of stable passage through 3 ℃, 10 ℃ date and accumulated temperature, and severe cooling and high temperature weather, which have obvious influence on flowering period.

    Polyphenols extracted from the fruit of Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd. On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimum conditions for the extraction of the polyphenols were obtained through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and response surface methodology. Response surface model R2 was 0.990 4,P<0.001,the model was highly significant and fitted well with the actual situation of the test. The results showed that the optimum conditions of extraction of the polyphenols were as follows: ethanol concentration 61%,time 3.0 h, liquid to raw material ratio 21∶1, temperature 85 ℃. Under this condition,the maximal yield of polyphenols was up to 11.89 mg/g.

    To study the effects of Phaeoporus obliquus polysaccharose to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in model mice induced by high-fat-high-fructose diet. Optimizing the extraction of Phaeoporus obliquus polysaccharose by orthogonal experiments, and the polysaccharide was used in mice with high sugar and fat-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver. Results showed that compared with normal group, model group mice liver increased obviously, and liver index increased significantly (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the mice liver index significantly decreased by the extraction of polysaccharides of Phaeoporus obliquus. The livers had different degrees of improvement, and the fasting blood sugar levels decreased significantly(P<0.01). The mice serum TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and ALT levels decreased significantly the in high dosage group (120 mg/kg)(P<0.01), except TG. Pathological results showed that mice liver cell damage have significantly improved with Phaeoporus obliquus polysaccharose. The liver cells arranged closer, central vein situation has improved significantly in high dose group. Phaeoporus obliquus polysaccharose has therapeutic effect in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in model mice, and its mechanism may be related to lower blood lipids.

    It is of great significance to effectively identify the poverty-stricken areas and appreciate the mechanism of their evolution based on remote sensing to strengthen the coordination between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. In this paper, a method of constructing multidimensional poverty index by integrating nighttime imagery with the correlation coefficient and analytic hierarchy process is proposed. And at the same time, the accuracy of the model is tested. With the spatial analysis technology of geographic information system (GIS) and the characteristics of temporal continuity of nighttime light imagery, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the dynamic development of poverty-stricken counties from the perspective of spatial-temporal evolution. The results demonstrate that from 2003 to 2013, the proportion of the poverty-stricken counties in Sichuan dropped from 46.45% to 28.42%. The variation coefficient illustrates a decreasing trend, which proves that the poverty gap within Sichuan province is slowly narrowing. In the spatial distribution evolution map from 2003 to 2013, most districts and counties in Ganzi, Aba and Liangshan autonomous prefecture are in long-term multidimensional poverty. The increase of multidimensional poverty index is not miraculous in the extreme poverty and extremely affluent counties, but the increase is miraculous in the middle counties. In the hot spot analysis, the hot spot area and the cold spots gradually show an east-west trend. The results of this study can provide a prospective basis for the accurate formulation of poverty alleviation policies in areas with complicated local alienated poverty situation.

    In greenhouse tea plantation, temperature, humidity, light intensity, soil water content and so on are the key factors affecting the growth of tea tree and tea yield, but these environmental factors are difficult to monitor and control. Therefore, this paper proposes a low-cost and high-performance Raspberry Pi, a sensor network model composed of ZigBee technology, combined with the internet of things to measure the variable factors of greenhouse tea garden. In this system, tea farmers can use the mobile phone APP and PC side to monitor the tea plantation greenhouse environment information in real time, and adjust these factors. Experiments showed that the system has the characteristics of accurate data transmission, stable monitoring data, easy to use and simple, and has great practical significance for realizing the intelligent monitoring of greenhouse tea garden, promoting the growth of tea tree and improving the yield of tea.

The system consists of API interface service, intelligent terminal system and management system. The system proposed the service concept of user customization for the first time. The system realized the function of custom display in terminal and expansion. The system can deliver accurately and personalized. The terminal can also display any HTML web page added by the management system, greatly expanding the display content.     In this paper, the miR-398-3p gene family were analyzed by bioinformatics method and the target genes were predicted. The results showed that most miR-398-3p genes were scattered on different chromosomes, and the miR-398-3p sequence was highly conserved among different species. The miR-398-3p gene family showed that the miR-398-3p gene was composed of seven branches, and the different members of miR-398-3p had a distant genetic relationship. The miR-398-3p family regulated superoxide dismutase[Cu-Zn], pollen-specific protein SF3, zinc finger protein WIP2, C2H2 type zinc finger family protein and other respects, were involved in plant biological and abiotic stress and growth and development control process.

    Based on the survey of rice-crayfish integrated systems from seven town in Jianghan plain in 2018, the current status and its problems of the development in rice-crayfish integrated systems were investigated. The production inputs, economic benefits, fertilizer and the disease and insect pests were analyzed and suggestions for the future development of rice-crayfish integrated systems were provided. Results show that the number of area and organizations are growing rapidly in recent years, especially in nearly three years. The expenses of land circulation, purchasing parental crayfish and formula feed are the mainly part of the total cost in the system, while the expenses of renting reaping machine, digging ditches and employment consist the secondary part of the total cost. Compared with the rice monoculture, the rice-crayfish integrated systems had lower application amount of nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer, while the application amount of potash fertilizer and compound fertilizer remained basically unchanged. Although the occurrence rate of insect pests decreased in rice-crayfish integrated systems compared with the rice monoculture, the occurrence rate of disease in rice increased oppositely. This investigation revealed the key problems in the development of the rice-crayfish integrated system, and provided scientific basis for the sustainable development of this system.
