Abstract: In order to further optimize the planting structure of Yichang city specialty fruit in Hubei province, some good cultivars of peach[Prunus persica（L.） Batsch] from all over the country were introduced and planted in Yichang in March 2016. The results showed that six new peach species suit production in Yichang locality, namely early-ripening peach cultivar Chunxue,middle mature peach cultivar Jianayan, mid-late mature peach cultivar Wanbaitao and Baifeng, late-maturing yellow peach cultivar Jinxiu, middle mature yellow peach cultivar Zhongtao No.10.
