Abstract: GC-MS/MS was used to determine lambda-cyhalothrin in grapes. After acetonitrile extraction, the samples were salted out with QuEChERS, nitrogen was blown to near dryness, and hexane was dissolved by vortexing and then detected by GC-MS/MS. The results showed that lambda-cyhalothrin had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0~800 ng/mL (sample content 0~1.0 μg/g), the correlation coefficient(r)>0.995 0, the detection of lambda-cyhalothrin The output limit was 2.43 ng/g, and the recovery rate was 87.3%~93.8%. The purification method and the volume of the solution after nitrogen improved the recovery rate of cyhalothrin. Select the QuEChERS Fatty sample purification kit. The recovery rate of the solution volume after nitrogen blowing was 0.1 mL, the recovery rate was 95.62%.
