Research on coupling and coordination between energy policy and green innovation of energy industry

Abstract: Based on the data of energy industry from 2009 to 2015,this study used the grey correlation degree to verify the strong correlation of the selected indicators,and constructed the coupling and coordination model to empirically test the coupling and coordination between China's energy policy and green innovation of energy industry.The results showed that,the energy policy and the green innovation of energy industry changed from the industry development lag type to the policy development lag type in 2013,and the imperfect energy policy system restrict the green innovation growth of energy industry to a certain extent;the coupling degree between the two was always in the antagonistic stage,and there was still a big gap from the benign resonance development;the coordination degree between the two gradually was raised to the initial stage,but the rising speed was slow.The ability of energy policy to drive green innovation of energy industry need to be improved.The research was helpful to provide reference for energy management departments to improve the green innovation efficiency of energy industry and accelerate the transformation and development of regional economy.
