Study on the evolution of symbiotic behavior pattern of multi-agents in tourism community governance:Taking Huzhu Tu Nationality Homeland Park in Qinghai province as an example

Abstract: Based on symbiosis theory, this study took Huzhu Tu Nationality Homeland Park in Qinghai province as the case, selected government, enterprises, residents and tourists as the symbiotic main units, analyzed and discussed the symbiotic behavior pattern and evolution of multi-agents in tourism community governance through two field survey data. The results showed that,①there was a positive symbiotic relationship between different governance agents in 2012 and 2017; ② there were differences in the interaction and influence between different governance agents in the two periods; ③compared with 2012, the symbiotic correlation among government-enterprises, government-tourists, residents-enterprises and residents- tourists in 2017 was strengthened, the symbiotic correlation between government-residents and enterprises-tourists in 2017 was weaken; ④the symbiotic behavior pattern has evolved from the R-G-E-T pattern in 2012 to the E-R-G-T pattern in 2017.
