Abstract: Excellent local culture was the inherent wealth of rural society and the foundation and power of sustainable development of rural society. This study expounded the foundation of Shaanxi rural revitalization development, analyzed the examples of Shaanxi excellent local culture helping rural revitalization development, discussed the opportunities and challenges faced by Shaanxi excellent local culture inheritance, and put forward suggestions on Shaanxi excellent local culture helping rural revitalization development, so as to drive the development of rural industry, and lay the cornerstone of effective governance of rural society.
