Difficulties and enlightenment of the development of farmers' cooperatives in Xiaogan city

Abstract: In recent years, Xiaogan city has strengthened the policy support, promoted the farmers' cooperatives to become bigger and stronger, promoted the standardized development of farmers' cooperatives, improved the service driving ability of farmers' cooperatives, and significantly improved the development quality of farmers' cooperatives. On the basis of summarizing the main measures for the development of farmers' cooperatives in Xiaogan city, in view of the main problems faced by the development of farmers' cooperatives in Xiaogan city, this study put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of characteristic industry support, financial insurance docking, agricultural talent training, supporting facilities construction and so on.
