Abstract: Amide herbicides are widely used in modern agricultural production because of their high efficiency, high selectivity, broad spectrum, low price and convenient application. However, due to its easy migration and enrichment in the environment, it has caused considerable harm to the ecological environment and human health. Therefore, the removal of residual herbicides in the soil is a current research focus. In this paper, the degradation modes, microbial groups and degradation pathways of amide herbicides were reviewed. The existing problems of herbicide pollution remediation were summarized, and the future was prospected, which provided a theoretical basis for the application of amide herbicides in the remediation of environmental pollution.

Key words: amide herbicides, degradation modes, degradation pathway
