Abstract: Based on medium made of organic phosphorus pesticide wastewater,a resource library contains 52 strains with degrading ability of organophosphorus pesticide wastewater was set up, these strains were domesticated and isolated from activated sludge from sewage treatment tank of organophosphorus pesticide production enterprises in Nantong city,Jiangsu province. 14 strains with 72 h COD removal rate more than 60% were obtained by screening of highly efficient degradation strain from the library. Through morphological observation and 16S rDNA identification,10 strains of bacteria belong to Pseudomonas,Acinetobacter,Bacillus, and the genus Paracoccus, and 4 fungi were classified as Trichosporon,Aspergillus,Trichoderma and Penicillium. Finally,6 group of flora combination with 72 h COD removal rate more than 70% were selected by using 5 strains with high degradation rate.
