Abstract: By the combination of sample line and tap-and-check method, macro and micro-characteristic scant, the family, genus and species was classified, and the edible（medicinal） macrofungi resources in Jinxiu estuary protection station was sorted out. The results showed that, the large edible fungus belonged to 23 genus 37 species, of which 31 species were edible macrofungi, six kinds of edible- medicinal macrofungi, and the advantage belonged to Russula. The investigation of the edible（medicinal） macrofungi provides references for the protection, development and sustainable utilization of edible （medicinal） macrofungi resources in Jinxiu estuary protection station.
