Abstract: Based on the development status and existing problems of pig industry in Shandong province, the effects of African swine fever and New Coronavirus pneumonia on the pig production, pork market and pig system in Shandong were analyzed, and the pork production and price in Shandong province were predicted by ARIMA model. The results showed that the pork production would gradually return to the original average level and show an upward trend, and the pork price would show a downward trend in the next year. Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to continue to strengthen epidemic prevention measures, protect the interests of small and medium-sized farmers, increase scientific and technological investment and optimize the industrial chain.
