Abstract: With the continuous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, leisure agriculture has gradually become an important path to realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas. Based on stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes the interest demands and conflicts between stakeholders and different subjects in the development of leisure agriculture, and puts forward solutions, first the local government should make overall planning and coordinate the interest relationship. Second,enterprises should improve their sense of responsibility and give back to the society. Third,Local villagers need to receive re-education and improve their viability.
