Abstract: Corn straw was used as organic material, and black currant(Ribes nigrum L.) variety Hanfeng was used as test material. Five treatments were set up by mixing and backfilling straw and soil in proportion, mixing and backfilling straw, microbial agent and decomposing agent in different proportion, and applying nitrogen fertilizer in different proportion. With no application as control, the soil physical and chemical indexes and yield before and after application were measured. The results showed that by adding corn straw, microbial agent and decomposing agent, soil organic matter and nitrogen content can be increased,pH and soil bulk density can be reduced. By applying nitrogen fertilizer, soil organic matter and pH can be reduced, and soil bulk density and nitrogen content can be increased. The changes of total phosphorus and slow-acting potassium contents in five treatments were not obvious. However, the dynamic changes of available phosphorus and available potassium in soil showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing or gentle. The yield of black currant in all treatments was higher than that of control.
