Abstract: The dilution coating plate method was used to analyze the quantitative changes and species identification of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the substrate sludge of the rice fields with snails breeding after applying biological fertilizer. The results showed that the number of the three types of microorganisms in the substrate sludge increased after the application of biological fertilizer, and all reached the maximum after the first top dressing. With the application of fertilizer once every half month, the number of microorganisms decreased and remained stable. The microbial identification results showed that the bacteria came from Firmicutes and Proteobacteria, and fungi included 1 genus as Aspergillus.
