Abstract: This paper systematically discussed the important significance of corn trade to effectively balance domestic corn supply and demand, stabilized corn price and guarantee food security. On the basis of analyzing the general situation of China's corn trade, this paper put forward some policy suggestions on optimizing corn trade and promoting food security from expanding the scale of corn trade, optimizing the structure of corn import source countries and promoting international cooperation in corn planting and processing.
