Development process and experience enlightenment of Guangxi modern agricultural park

Abstract

Abstract: By the means of literature induction and experience summary, the development process of Guangxi modern agricultural park was sorted out, and the development experience and enlightenment of each stage were summarized. Based on the development process of national modern agricultural parks and the reality of Guangxi, considered the factors of key parks, such as the completion and opening up, policies and measures, the number of parks and operation mechanism. It included the stage of initial exploration （1994—2000）, the stage of normative development （2001—2009） and the stage of maturity improvement （2010 and later）. Through the analysis and summary, it was concluded that the government attaches great importance to high, wide source of funds, strong talent organization, strong technological support, coordinated development of Guangxi modern agricultural park development experience and enlightenment.
