Study on the balanced of the integrated section price of agricultural land expropriation：Taking the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin province as an example

Abstract

Abstract: The overall balance of integrated section price of agricultural land expropriation in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecturewas analyzed, the hierarchical linear interpolation method was used to analyze the external overall balance of land price, and the spatial correlation between calculation land price and interpolation land price was analyzed by using Geoda software. The results showed that the difference between the comprehensive balanced land price and the interpolation land price of each level was small in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,the land price formulation was more reasonable,which was consistent with the location status of all cities and counties, and could reflect the principle of “same land and same price” of land expropriation compensation, and ensure the smooth transition of of land prices in all cities and counties.
