Abstract: As one of the important contents of the strategy of rural revitalization, the construction of rural civilization is the soul and important guarantee of rural revitalization. Based on the field investigation and analysis of the results of the investigation on the construction of rural civilization in Xiaohe town, Yicheng city, Hubei Province, this paper analyzed the problems and causes existing in the construction of rural civilization in Xiaohe town, and probed into the countermeasures to promote the construction of rural civilization in Xiaohe town.
