Construction and analysis of the prediction model of air-and-screen cleaning unit

Abstract: The operating parameters of crank speed, centrifugal fan speed and cross flow fan speed were adjusted. Using BP neural network to constructa prediction model, it could realize the reverse prediction from impurity content, loss rate and power consumption to crank speed, centrifugal fan speed and cross flow fan speed. This prediction model could effectively solve the complex operation problem of parameter matching when using traditional analysis methods in the test. It provided a basis for parameter matching and optimization design of the air-and-screen cleaning unit's key components.
