Abstract: This paper analyzed the in Xi’an tourism development from the advantages of the Silk Road and the north-south travel corridor,and put forward that the "The Belt and Road" initiative was an opportunity to play a leading role in the core of Xi’an. Took the tourist culture corridor as the axis to enhance the radiating effect of the central city of Xi’an. Improved the tourism and transportation network, and promoted the brand of "humanities, Shaanxi, landscape, Qinling Mountains". The countermeasures and Suggestions to digged out the regional cultural elements and create the new business card of Xi'an impression.
