Analysis of cotton production situation in cotton areas of Hubei province and Yangtze river basin in the last five years

Abstract: The production situation of cotton in Hubei province and Yangtze river basin in recent five years was summarized and analyzed. The reasons for the change of area and production capacity were analyzed, and the achievements of cotton planting project and the progress of cotton mechanical harvesting were briefly described. The policy and technical measures to develop cotton production and improve the effective supply of cotton in the Yangtze river basin were puts forward.
