Abstract: By constructing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, using the technical, economic, social and environmental indicators, organic fertilizer instead of fertilizer volume, fertilizer application reduction value, the effect of rice fertilizer reduction in rice rotation area of Hubei province was evaluated by 14 three-level indicators, such as the degree of government policy support response and the improvement of soil environment in farmland. The overall effect evaluation was better, among which the technical, economic and social evaluation was better, and the environmental effect evaluation was very good.
