Determine full-length coding sequence of matK gene and its coding products in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum

Abstract: The matK gene of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum was studied, we study the full coding sequence and the amino acid sequence characteristics of its products using bioinformatics analysis, and the molecular phylogenetic tree of 14 species of celastigma hemsleyanum was constructed. The results showed that the matK gene of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum was 969 bp in size with six open reading frames; it was a hydrophilic protein; the signal peptide splicing site was predicted to be between 64~65 amino acids; the subcellular localization protein only existed in chloroplast; the genetic relationship between Tetrastigma hemsleyanum and Tetrastigma obovatum was the closest, the genetic relationship between Tetrastigma hemsleyanum and Tetrastigma obtectum was the farthest.
