Abstract: Taking the bosses or managers of 391 small and micro food processing enterprises in Urumqi City of Xinjiang as examples, a quantitative investigation was conducted and the impact of various factors on the use of e-commerce in small and micro food processing enterprises was systematically analyzed. The results showed that the interest awareness, adoption cost, information technology knowledge and skills, and environmental factors had a positive and significant impact on the e-commerce adoption behavior of small and micro food processing enterprises, and the impact degree was different. Accordingly, the targeted rationalization suggestions were put forward.
