Abstract: Scientific and effective evaluation of the constraints of sustainable development of rural electric business is an important work to ensure its healthy development and efficient development. To explore the 5 aspects of the concept elements, team elements, resource elements, industry elements and system elements which restrict the sustainable development of rural e-commerce and the corresponding 16 specific indicators from the characteristics of the research object, analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the main factors affecting the sustainable development of rural electric business, and the application analysis of this evaluation system is completed with specific cases. To provide effective service improvement measures for the evaluation results, all of those have theoretical guiding significance for the standardized development of the local e-commerce service system.
