Abstract: In order to evaluate the concentration of heavy metals in water bodies and Rana dybowskii in Mudanfeng national nature reserve, that provides reference for scientific breeding and food utilization. The muscle samples of Rana dybowskii at different ages were treated by microwave digestion, the contents of six elements,As,Cd,Pb,Cr,Cu and Zn,were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS),the metal element content was evaluated by the national surface water environmental quality standard and the national food hygiene standard. The results showed that six kinds of heavy metals in the water bodies of the Rana dybowskii habitat met the national class I standard, and the Rana dybowskii was safe. The content of Cr in muscle samples was two years old of Rana dybowskii was significantly higher than that of one year and three years old,and other elements were not different between ages. The contents of six kinds of heavy metals were lower than the limit of national food. Correlation analysis showed that the muscle Cu content of Rana dybowskii was significantly positively correlated with body length, and there was a extremely significant positive correlation between Cd and Pb content. In the aspect of heavy metal content, the water body of Rana dybowskii habitat in Mudanfeng national nature reserve reached the feeding standard, and the muscle samples of Rana dybowskii accorded with the national food hygiene standard.
