Abstract: Lectin-like receptor kinase(LecRK) is a family of proteins which is unique and universal in plants. However, subcellular localization and biological function of OsLecRK family in rice(Oryza sativa L.) are largely unknown. OsLecRK gene was amplified from Nipponbare leaves cDNA based on the published ORF sequence on NCBI. Subcellular localization of OsLecRK protein was conducted by construction of transient expression vector OsLecRK-GFP and transformation of rice protoplasts. The confocal microscopy results showed that OsLecRK protein was located mainly in the cytoplasm, and built a good foundation for further research on the function of OsLecRK.

Key words: rice(Oryza sativa L.), OsLecRK, subcellular localization
