Abstract: To get simple and efficient formula fertilization, sesame （Sesamum indicum Linn.） variety Ezhi No.6 was adopted to study the effect of different N, P, K fertilizers on sesame yield and yield-related traits by “3414” fertilizers application experiment. The results showed that the different levels of N, P, K have different effects on the yield of sesame, and the nitrogenous fertilizer had the highest effects. Among 14 treatments, the yield of treatment of 292.5 kg/hm² urea, 249.0 kg/hm² superphosphate and 150.0 kg/hm² muriate of potash kalium chloratum （N₃P₂K₂） was the highest, and the yield was 1 751.0 kg/hm²; The yield of treatment of 195.0 kg/hm² urea, 124.5 kg/hm² superphosphate and 150.0 kg/hm² muriate of potash kalium chloratum （N₂P₁K₂） was the second, and the yield was 1 682.0 kg/hm²; The yield of no fertilization treatment（N₀P₀K₀） was the lowest, and the yield was 1 302.0 kg/hm². The optimum ratio of N, P and K is 10∶2∶7.
