Abstract: The choice of rural domestic sewage treatment technology and process is related to the construction, operation and maintenance costs of sewage treatment facilities. In order to implement the notice of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on printing and distributing Three-Year Plan for Rural Residential Environment Remediation,and improve the level of rural domestic sewage treatment, begining with the current situation of rural domestic sewage treatment at home and abroad, the discharge characteristics and existing problems of rural water environmental in Jiangxi province were sorted out, a comparison on the key technologies of rural domestic sewage treatment was made, and corresponding suggestions were put forward.
