Abstract: In recent years, the development of agricultural modernization has been speeding up, the high economic benefits of facilities agriculture has attracted more and more people choose to develop facilities agriculture. Facility agricultural land is becoming more and more,which brings some difficulties for the use and management of facilities. Based on the RS and GIS techniques, the spatial distribution and economic benefits of plastic greenhouses, greenhouses and small sheds in the agricultural land of Laixi city in Shandong province were statistically analyzed. The results show that, although the development of facility agriculture in Laixi city was increasingly fast, but the distribution was relatively fragmented,and it has not yet formed a large-scale business structure. There is still much space for development of facilities agriculture of Laixi city.
