Abstract: Based on the survey data of poverty detection in Xinjiang and the survey data of deep poverty villages in Baicheng county of four prefectures in southern Xinjiang, the effects of employment poverty alleviation on poverty alleviation and its influencing factors are analyzed. Using the logistic binary regression method, the factors affecting the transfer of employment from individuals, families and villages are made an empirical analysis. Male, educational level, good health and the number of labor force have a positive and significant impact on labor force transfer and employment, while age, education level of household heads and family cultivated land area have a negative impact. Finally, some suggestions are put forward according to the results of empirical analysis.
