Abstract: The experiment was carried out to test the bending creep characteristic of Eucalyptus dunnii by electrical measuring method and tried to give an evaluation method. The experiment results showed that, both the ability to withstand instantaneous elastic deformation and sustained viscosity deformation decreased with increasing stress; The ability to withstand delayed elastic deformation was strongest when the bending stress was 40%σ_b; The ability to withstand creep deformation in radial was stronger than in tangential for E. dunnii under the same stress. E. dunnii had a good ability to withstand creep through the preliminary assessment.
