Quality screening analysis of different potato varieties

Abstract: The comprehensive identification and quality determination of 9 introduced potato varieties were carried out in the field, and the nutritional quality content of tubers of each variety was detected and analyzed. The results showed that the order of comprehensive quality and acceptance degree of tested potato varieties from good to bad was Huashu No.3>Ziyu>Huashu No.5>Zhongshu No.13>Zhongshu No.3>Hongmei>Zhongshu 191>Dongnong 310>Zhongshuhong No.1, two better varieties were Dongnong 310 and Huashu No.3.
