Heterogeneous development promoted the transformation, upgrading of Taobao villages：Taking Xiaying village in Hubei province as an example

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years， the development of many Taobao villages had entered a bottleneck period. Taking Xiaying village in Hubei province as an example， it was facing the serious problems of declining flow welfare， low-end market and homogenization， so it was urgent to take the heterogeneous development route. From the perspective of demand， heterogeneity can stimulate new demand and tap niche market； from the perspective of supply， heterogeneity can improve added value and upgrade supply structure. In order to promote the heterogeneous development of Taobao village， relevant subjects can transform and upgrade by using new technology and big data navigation， promoting product diversification， promoting high-end products， integrating online and offline， and building a common Taobao village brand.
