Abstract: Based on rural revitalization strategy's management theory and field investigation, the characteristics of rural food safety and the differences between urban and rural food safety risks were analyzed. Using the game theory method, the grass-roots government, rural food producers and processors and rural consumers were chosen as the game subjects of rural food safety social co-governance, the static game model among the subjects was established and analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions for rural food safety social co-governance were put forward according to the research results.
