Effects of Developmental Potency of Reconstructed Embryos on Pig Handmade Clone of Amino Acid

摘要: 为了探讨氨基酸对猪手工克隆(HMC)重构胚发育效果的影响,比较了必需氨基酸(EAA)和非必需氨基酸(NEAA)对卵母细胞的成熟状况以及对猪HMC重构胚胎发育潜能的影响。结果表明,成熟培养液中添加EAA、NEAA及EAA+NEAA之间的成熟率差异不显著,但均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);胚胎培养液中添加EAA、NEAA及空白对照组的卵裂率都显著高于EAA+NEAA(P<0.05);囊胚率及细胞总数,NEAA组显著高于空白对照组及EAA+NEAA组、EAA组(P<0.05)。

Abstract: Effect of developmental potency of reconstructed embryos on pig handmade clone(HMC) of amino acid was investigated. In this study,we compared with the effect of the essential amino acid(EAA) and the essential amino acid (NEAA) on oocyte maturation rate and porcine HMC reconstructed embryos developmental potency. The results showed that the difference of maturation rate was not significant between the group of EAA,NEAA and EAA+NEAA in maturation medium,yet was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the cleavage rate of EAA group, NEAA group and the control group was significantly higher than EAA+NEAA group in embryo culture medium(P<0.05),as for the blastocyst rate and the total number of cells,the group of NEAA was significantly higher than the group of control, EAA+NEAA,EAA(P<0.05).
