从苹果皮中提取和分离熊果酸研究

Extraction and Separation of Ursolic Acid from Apple Peel

摘要: 以苹果(Malus pumila Mill.)皮为原料,以NaOH的乙醇水溶液为溶剂进行超声辅助提取,并采用响应面的方法对提取条件进行优化,提取液体经浓缩,加盐酸调节pH 3.0,过滤,用10%的乙醇水溶液洗涤滤饼、滤饼经干燥、石油醚脱脂、乙醇结晶和重结晶后,可得到高纯度的熊果酸晶体。该工艺所用设备和原料易得,方法简单,易于实现工业化生产,通过该方法可使苹果皮变废为宝,减少环境污染。

Abstract: Apple(Malus pumila Mill.) peel was extracted with ultrasound assistance using ethanol aqueous solution containing NaOH as extracting solvent, the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface method. The extract was concentrated, and its pH was justified to 3.0 with hydrochloric acid. The mixture was filtrated and filter cake was washed with 10% ethanol aqueous solution. The filter cake was dried, and then degreased by petroleum ether. The residue was crystallized and recrystallized in ethanol to obtain ursolic acid crystal. This method was very simple and easy to scale up, which can make apple peel valuable and can reduce environmental pollution.
