真菌SF_24818中抗菌活性成分的研究

Study on Antibacterial Active Components of Fungi SF_24818

摘要: 在抗菌活性天然产物的筛选过程中,筛选到一株具有强抗菌活性的真菌SF_24818,通过活性跟踪,确定其中的活性组分,并大量发酵菌株,经提取和制备高效液相色谱,分离得到2个抗菌活性化合物,经紫外、质谱和核磁共振确定化合物为新羟基曲霉酸和曲霉酸,进一步的抗菌活性测试表明其具有显著的抗金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylicoccus aureus)作用。

Abstract: In the search for antimicrobial natural products, fungus SF_24818 with strong antimicrobial activity was obtained. By active tracking,the active fraction was detected,and two active compounds which were identified as neohydroxyaspergillic acid and aspergillic acid by UV,MS and NMR were isolated from the culture of large scare fermentation of SF_24818. Further antimicrobial activity tests showed that the two active compounds had significant antimicrobial effect to Staphylicoccus aureus.
