欧李优系组培快繁技术研究

Studies on tissue culture and plant regeneration technology of Cerasus humilis

摘要: 为建立欧李(Cerasus humilis)优系离体快繁技术体系,对其离体培养过程中初代培养、增殖继代培养、生根培养3个阶段的培养条件进行了研究。结果表明,以其半木质化茎段为外植体,最适初代培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA,最适增殖培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.05 mg/L IBA+300 mg/L水解乳蛋白,最适生根培养基为1/2MS+0.2 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L IAA。

Abstract: In order to establish the technical system of in vitro and rapid propagation of Cerasus humilis,the culture conditions of the first generation culture, the proliferation culture and the rooting culture were studied. The semi-lignified stem segments were used as explants. The results showed that the optimum medium of the first generation medium was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA,the optimum proliferation medium was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.05 mg/L IBA+300 mg/L LH, and the optimum proliferation medium was 1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L IAA.
