魔芋固体饮料微生物项目检测用稀释液的选择及适用性研究

The selection and applicability research on the diluent for konjac solid beverage microbiological item

摘要: 通过对魔芋膳食纤维微生物项目检测,用标准稀释液配方进行优化改良,使样品稀释后的黏度降低,提高样品稀释液流动性,增加样品稀释后的均匀性,确保检测结果的准确性。结果表明,甘油的浓度为30%~40%,NaCl的浓度为0.85%时所组成的稀释液效果最佳,该样品稀释液保持良好流动性的时间能够较好地满足试验需要,使用该稀释液配方进行相关项目检测时,具有较好的适用性。

Abstract: The standard diluent formula of the konjac dietary fiber microbial project was optimized to reduce the viscosity after dilution, improve the fluidity of the sample diluent, increase the uniformity of the sample dilution, ensure the accuracy of the test results. The applicability of the improved diluent was studied through comparative experiments. the diluent consisting of glycerol at the concentration of 30%~40% and NaCl at the concentration of 0.85% had the best effect, and the time of maintaining good fluidity of the diluent could meet the needs of the experiment. The diluent formula had a good applicability in the detection of related items.
