基于HPLC结合化学计量学的银菊合剂指纹图谱研究

Study on fingerprint of Yinju mixture based on HPLC and chemometrics

摘要: 采用HLPC法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse-C18柱,检测波长为330 nm,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,通过中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价结合主成分分析对10批次银菊合剂样品进行研究。结果表明,标定出11个共有峰,定性了3个共有峰,指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上,符合指纹图谱研究技术要求,影响制剂质量差异是多成分协同作用的结果。

Abstract: Using HLPC, Agilent Eclipse-C18 column, detection wavelength 330 nm, mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid gradient elution, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. 10 batches of Yinju mixture samples were studied by similarity evaluation of chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine. Results showed that thirteen common peaks were calibrated and three common peaks were qualitatively identified. The similarity of fingerprints was above 0.9, which met the requirements of fingerprint technology. The synergistic effect of multi-components affected the quality of preparations.
