基于生态安全的新型城镇化发展评估体系构建及实证分析

The construction and empirical analysis on the evaluation system for the development of ecological security urbanization

摘要: 基于生态安全及可持续发展理论,在国内外对城镇化的研究基础上,构建了由城镇化发展质量评价指标体系和城镇生态安全预警评价指标体系组成的生态安全型城镇发展评估指标体系。采用熵值法和减法原则,应用该评估指标体系,对河北省3个典型区域的城镇化发展状况进行了横向和纵向的对比分析。结果表明,利用该评估体系不但可以判断城镇的综合发展质量,还可以体现城镇的生态安全变化趋势,增强了城镇化质量评价的预警能力。

Abstract: Based on the theory of ecological security and sustainable development, and the research of urbanization at home and abroad, this paper established the evaluation index system of ecologically safe town’s development, which is composed of evaluation index system of urbanization development quality and early warning evaluation index system of urban ecological security. Using this evaluation system with the entropy method and subtraction principle, evaluated the development of three typical regions in Hebei province, then made a comparative analysis between horizontal and vertical. The results showed that the evaluation system can not only judge the overall development quality of urban, but also can reflect the trend of ecological security change in urban, enhanced the early warning ability of urbanization quality evaluation.
