壮药白饭树质量控制方法研究

Study on the control method for Zhuang medicine Flueggea virosa

摘要: 为了建立白饭树药材的质量标准,采集15批白饭树药材,对白饭树药材的性状、显微特征进行了描述;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)进行定性鉴别,TLC斑点清晰,分离度好;15批次白饭树药材的水分为10.3%~11.3%,总灰分为2.6%~5.0%,酸不溶性灰分为0.04%~0.40%,醇溶性浸出物为9.4%~13.4%;采用高效液相色谱法测定岩白菜素的含量为0.096%~1.430%。该方法专属性和准确度较好,可用于白饭树的质量控制。

Abstract: To establish the quality standard for Flueggea virosa, fifteen batches of Flueggea virosa were collected, the character and microscopic characteristic were studied; TLC method was used to identify these herbal medicines, the spots were clear and well-separated; The moisture of fifteen batches samples were 10.3%~11.3%, the total ashe content were 2.6%~5.0%, acid-insoluble ash were 0.04%~0.40%, the content of ethyl alcohol-soluble extract were 9.4%~13.4%; The contents of bergenin which determined by HPLC were 0.096%~1.430%. This proper and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Flueggea virosa.
